Lynda Cantrell was admitted to Valley Falls after having elevated white blood cells. Once discharged from the hospital, Lynda came to us with decreased walking and needing increased assistance with transfers and everyday tasks.

Following an extensive rehab program designed specifically for her, the team at Valley Falls is excited that she is now able to walk 125ft with contact assistance and increased her self-care to independent! We are so proud of her progress and hard work!! Lynda was able to return home with family.
